Post-mortem regarding the Cloudflare outage — 2nd July 2019

We had some hickup on that day. We were running after our tail try to understand what could have gone wrong on our side.

Finally, it was on Cloudflare's side and it was a human mistake. Here is what happened: https://blog.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-outage/

Not all FirePress's clients were affected as not all sites under Cloudflare's were concerned.

In any case, we are sorry for the trouble that may have caused you.

We also updated our process to better react to such event in the future.
